Donavant orders are sold and shipped by an independent licensed alcohol retailer. Donavant does not itself sell or ship beverage alcohol through this brand website.

Where we can ship

Alcohol may be shipped only to eligible destinations where permitted by law. Available states, delivery methods, rates, taxes, and restrictions are calculated and displayed during checkout by the licensed retailer. Availability may change without notice.

Age verification and delivery

You must be at least 21 years old to place an order or receive beverage alcohol. A government-issued photo ID and an adult signature may be required at delivery. Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended when an adult signature is required. Additional delivery attempts or fees may apply under the retailer’s and carrier’s policies.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be delayed by weather, carrier conditions, high order volume, inventory availability, legal restrictions, or age-verification requirements. The retailer’s checkout and order-confirmation communications provide the controlling delivery information.

Addresses and order changes

Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact the retailer using the support information in your checkout or order confirmation as soon as possible if a change is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, retain the product and packaging and contact the licensed retailer promptly using the support information in your order confirmation. Photographs may be required. You may also email hello@donavant.com, and we will help direct the request to the appropriate order-support team.

Retailer terms control

The licensed retailer’s shipping policy presented during checkout controls each purchase. If it conflicts with this general policy, the retailer’s policy applies.
